A full range of cosmetic and paramedical tattoo services, delivered with precision and artistry by Louise Adeline — ABACTA Cosmetic Tattooist of the Year 2021.

Introduction

Cosmetic Tattoo Overview

Cosmetic tattoo — also known as permanent makeup or micropigmentation — is the art of implanting pigment into the upper layers of the skin to create long-lasting definition for facial features. Louise Adeline brings 17+ years of expertise in skin, beauty, and makeup to every appointment, having completed 15+ advanced masterclasses and thousands of procedures since 2016.

All procedures follow a structured process: a thorough consultation, an initial sitting of approximately two hours, a refinement sitting six to twelve weeks later, and periodic colour boosts every one to three years. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required from all new clients.

Two Disciplines, One Expert

Louise works across both cosmetic and paramedical tattoo. Cosmetic services enhance natural features; paramedical services restore confidence after surgery, injury, or trauma. Both demand the same standard of precision and care.

Eyeliner Tattoo

Permanent eyeliner defines the eyes without the daily effort of pencil or liquid liner. Louise offers four eyeliner styles, from the most subtle lash-enhancement to a bold, dramatic line.

Shaded Eyeliner
Soft-edged line with a gradual fade for a smoky, dimensional effect.
Lashliner
Ultra-fine pigment placed between the lash roots for natural lash density.

Mature Eyebrows

Mature and aging skin requires a specialist approach to cosmetic tattoo. Skin texture, laxity, and pigment retention all change over time, and not every technique is appropriate for every skin type. Louise has specific expertise in working with mature clients, selecting techniques and pigments that work with the skin's natural characteristics rather than against them.

Machine feathered and ombre techniques are often preferred for mature skin, as they tend to retain better than microblading over time. During your consultation, Louise will assess your skin and recommend the most suitable approach.

Non-Laser Tattoo Removal

For cosmetic tattoo that cannot be corrected or that requires removal before new work can be placed, Louise offers non-laser tattoo removal. This technique uses a saline or specialist solution to draw pigment out of the skin without the use of laser equipment. It is suitable for small cosmetic tattoo areas such as brows, eyeliner, and lips.

Multiple sessions may be required depending on pigment density, depth, and age of the existing tattoo. A consultation is required before booking removal services.

Paramedical Tattoo

Medical Tattoo

Paramedical tattoo uses the same foundational techniques as cosmetic tattoo, applied in a clinical context to address medical and surgical outcomes. These procedures require specialist training well beyond standard cosmetic certification. Louise is qualified in all three paramedical services offered.

Paramedical tattoo can be profoundly impactful — restoring a sense of wholeness for clients who have undergone surgery, experienced scarring, or are living with skin conditions. All paramedical procedures begin with a thorough consultation.

Areola Restorative Tattoo

Three-dimensional areola tattoo is a specialist paramedical procedure performed for clients who have undergone mastectomy, breast reconstruction, or other breast surgery affecting the nipple-areola complex. Using carefully matched pigments and advanced shading techniques, Louise creates a realistic three-dimensional impression of the areola and nipple on flat or reconstructed breast tissue.

This service is offered with the utmost sensitivity and care. Clients are encouraged to book a private consultation to discuss their individual needs and healing journey before any procedure is scheduled.

MCA Scar Relaxation

Multi-Needling Collagen Activation (MCA) is a dry needling technique used to treat raised or hypertrophic scars. The procedure disrupts the scar tissue matrix, stimulating the skin's natural healing response to break down fibrous scar tissue and encourage new, softer collagen formation.

MCA scar relaxation can significantly improve the texture, flexibility, and appearance of scars. It is often used in combination with scar camouflage tattoo for comprehensive results. A consultation is required to assess suitability.

Scar Camouflage Tattoo

Scar camouflage uses skin-tone matched pigments implanted into scar tissue to make the scar less visible against the surrounding skin. This technique is effective for surgical scars, stretch marks, and other areas of discolouration or skin tone irregularity.

Scar camouflage requires careful skin assessment, precise pigment matching, and an understanding of how scar tissue responds to pigment differently from normal skin. Louise's specialist training ensures the safest, most natural-looking results.

Suitability varies. A consultation and skin assessment is mandatory before any scar camouflage procedure is booked.
